Hmm. Greyscale makes me paint differently.
So, I initially got inspired from [link] by~teyoliia and [link] by *Pythosblaze and it was intended to turn out like this; a profile shot of Hector Henderson, a character in my graphic novel. However, around the 14th of Feburary I spent about 10 hours turning it into the one and only guilty romantic picture in my gallery. Which is so mildly romantic that you could probably compare it to homeopathy *exaggeration*. Atleast, compared to a lot of other stuff I see on DA. Shh. I know he's not real and I'm not 16 anymore though actually I'm quite proud of the fact that I was able to paint someone this realistically, without them actually existing. Anyway, I got tired of painting myself and sacraficed a bit of concept and composition for the bit that's better executed :I also the look of cuteness/innocence or a cliché suprised expression being plastered on my face was making me sick. Yet I was at a loss to what else I could have painted. Oh, and there was also the fact that he's 7 inches taller than me which brought other compositional problems in xD Maybe one day I'll post something HectorxSol. Feels easier now that I've spent 10 hours overcomming the embarrassment.

Oh Hector xD I like to see him in this realistic view ^^ I don't quite remember the last time you drew him...but it brings me back some memory back there 
Looking forward to see a Hector x Sol(no rush though), I'm quite interested to see them standing together, although Sol may not fancy standing beside him because he is taller xD
